1 * Banyan tree bark *

Take a small piece of washed banyan tree bark and remove its outer-covering. keep it in the sun for about 1 hr and then make a powder of it. Take 1 glass of lukewarm milk and add 2 tbsp of this powder to it, then stir it well. Consume this liquid on an empty stomach every day but not during the periods.

2 * Shatavari *

Add 1 tbsp of shatavari powder to 1 glass of milk. Stir it well and consume it every day before going to bed.

3 * Ashwagandha *

Add 1 tbsp of ashwagandha powder to 1 glass of warm water and add honey to it for taste. Stir it well and consume it 2 times every day.

4 * Triphala *

These medicines are used to clear the blockages in the body, which helps in treating the infertility.

5 * Almonds *

Almonds provide nutrition to the shukra dhatu, which in turn treats the infertility and helps to conceive.

6 * Egg plant *

Prepare a mix of an egg plant along with buttermilk and consume it for about 2 months.
