1 * Almonds *
Take a cup of water and soak about 8 almonds in it for whole night. In the morning peel off the skin of almonds and eat them on an empty stomach. Follow this this for 3-4 months.
2 * Sesame *
Put the drops of sesame oil, 3 in each nostril, to be done 2 times every day. Apply lukewarm sesame oil on head and feet of the patient.
